Shared bathroom down the hall, but this was only because I booked so late.

Upon booking this room on booking.com we were unaware of the shared bathroom situation as the photos show the rooms with an attached bathroom. If the shared bathrooms reflected the ones in the photos this would not have been a problem. However the shared bathrooms are not renovated at all and are extremely dirty. The room itself was also quite dirty the floors had not been vacuumed and the carpet was worn and ripped in a few places. Because of this, we immediately checked out and found other arrangements. Although the staff was friendly, they were not easy to locate when looking for information. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

We were cosy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We couldn’t checkout at 9 am Sunday as there were no staff around and reception area locked. I would have liked the opportunity to thank them. So left key in room.
