Room and location

Couldn't get the heater working

The room was beside the steps, so was awoken many times throughout the night. The traffic noise was loud as well.

The location

Unit 14 the black mold in the shower & on the ceiling. The broken window with glass missing in the bathroom. The grubby architraves in the unit. The greasy head marks on the wall above the pillows. The dirty knife & spoon One spoon & one fork for two people. The large spread of the same cigarette butter at the base of the outside stairs that we had to use to access or room

Staff swapped my room so l didn't have to walk upstairs.

Clean, and close proximity to town.

Nothing. It met our needs.

Location is always great - walking distance to the main part of town and restaurants.

Rooms need some attention. Not all lights were working, shower drain needs cleaning out as water was welling up during shower time.

WIFI gave message that modem needed resetting. Bed had odd warping - made it lumpy.

Location

If it can't be properly updated, it needs to at least be properly cleaned.
