Didn't take breakfast. Location was central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants

Room was not clean. Carpets stained. Fridge iced over.

"The bed was comfortable, sheets clean and staff friendly but did feel run down and old."

Location and price

Room smelt a bit, carpet was old and some power points/ light switches were missing shapen. The hairdryer was also very rattling and felt unsafe to use. Difficult to open the shampoo packets

"The worst in my life -"

The lovely manager

Everything about the room Bed the worst I’ve ever slept in for twenty years , It was advertised as luxury elite , the night before in scone I paid half as much for extreme comfort at a motel , quiet, very good beds …. Your place noisy , electric blanket had broken exposed wiring - No under blanket - and plastic sheets
