"Exceptional"

The motel is very cute and comfortable. The room was clean, large, and quiet and the curtains blocked out the lights well. I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time Im in Armidale.

"Two many issues to use this motor in"

Bad water hammer. Really bad Fridge ran all night. Turned it down to 3 and it defrosted ruining my food Venetian Blind covered in dust Bathroom window doesn’t lock Security Poor lighting Security chain on door appears to be about to come off wall Hot water in the shower suffered from low pressure. Turn it on and it would keep running out of water. Turn it on more and it would do it again Had to turn it up three times.

Close to everything you needed or within short walking distance, Coles, club, pub, restaurants etc. Very clean room and bathroom with all the needs required.

Location

Fridge moved and Microwave placed in space. Nedd to operate at floor level. Shower in need of attention-Mould. I had to ask for dishwashing liquid. I requested a ground floor in my booking but was offered a room up stairs. I think my room was a last resort to give me room at ground level.
