After producing the receipt for the two rooms I had requested and paid for, the management eventually found a second room for my friend, instead of insisting that we had booked a family room.

Having top prove that two rooms where requested and paid for. The access was through the bar and over a walkway bridge or up several flights of steps. I have difficulty with steps. “No problem” I am told, “use the walkway bridge or up” . This was locked in the morning when it was time to leave!
