"Okay for an Overnight "

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. The location is great and the rate was low. It was a pretty basic, dated room. The staff members were very nice.

This is the (only) place to stay in Phoenixville. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to arrive early as the on-site parking is limited

There was not enough parking for the hotel. They sent us to one parking lot and it was full and then another and finally ended up at the senior center. After going around the block three times. It was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, the place was fine.

Excellent stay!! Parking in the city was difficult and confusing and expensive but that's not the fault of the inn, they provided as much information as they could to help us figure things out.

I enjoyed being in a small, local hotel right in the heart of downtown rather than in a large chain on the outskirts. The desk staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it was lovely to just step outside and walk around town.
