The location, breakfast was good.

"Don’t get the room with a jacuzzi."

It was straight across from the island. If you get a room without a jacuzzi it might be ok.

We got the room with a jacuzzi and it smelled like mold. All the jets on the jacuzzi didn’t work. When we woke up our clothes was even damp. There was alot of noise all night long.

"Excellent overnight stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge"

I stayed here one night while joining friends for a trip to Cade's Cove and then the next day to Dollywood. This hotel is located right across from the Island in Pigeon Forge so i was able to walk over there using crosswalks. My room was nice including a very large television and comfortable bucket chair. i enjoyed using the large indoor pool which I understand is open 24 hours. The terrific breakfast buffet and outdoor pool are located at another building a short distance from the main building. I appreciate the front desk staff who offered to call me when my room was ready (when does that happen?) and provided local directions. There is a small retail area right next door which has a Firehouse Subs and a pancake house. I will definitely stay here again.
