Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester – Mayo Clinic Area by IHG

Great place to stay!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the internet was down for a long time and I had things to attend to that forced me to use my phone instead of my iPad.

Front desk ladies were great.

Very helpful front desk staff. We had a happy stay in the hotel.

Getting old

We stayed one night for an early appointment. The stay was fine, nothing fancy, a little more run down than other holiday inns, the room was comfortable. We booked this hotel because it was close to the clinic and had breakfast. Unfortunately when we went down to breakfast at 7am, everything was gone. No coffee, one egg omelet left, no bacon, no gravy for the biscuits, waffle machine was out of order. It was a very disappointing morning when we wanted to have a quick warm breakfast before our appointments. We waited for about 20 minutes for food to come out and nothing ever did. No one came to check, and couldn’t find anyone to ask. Hotel was fine but breakfast was disappointing.

I was greeted by the desk clerk that was very friendly and helpful. She explained all of the services available and shower real concern for my stay

We enjoyed the free breakfast, very tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
