Amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y limpieza. Situación.

Tiene cuatro estrellas, però yo lo dejaría en tres, le falta mucho para las cuatro. Empezando por la recepción que tiene bastantes escaleras, aunque nos ayudaron con las maletas. En nuestra estancia de tres noches, el servicio de wifi,falló intermitentemente

Excelente ubicación

No es la primera vez que me quedo en el hotel, lo que no me gusta es que si llegas un par de horas antes del check in, aún contando con disponibilidad el hotel, te quieran cobrar un extra para dejarte entrar anticipadamente, especialmente cuando uno llega a trabajar, normalmente, yo llego temprano a otros hoteles, y entienden la necesidad solo de tomar un baño y cambiarte para ir a tus compromisos. especialmente después de haber viajado por un largo trayecto como en mi caso, creo que es lo único que no me agrado de este hotel. deberían de ser mas flexibles, sin necesidad de cobrar el extra.
