"Agua fría."

La regadera no tenía agua caliente. Salí a las 6am y me tuve que bañar con agua fría. Cuando quise reportarlo en la recepción no pude porque el teléfono no tenía línea y salir a la recepción significaba mojarme porque había un aguacero.

Excelente atención por parte del personal, el cuarto mejor de lo que esperaba, muy limpio y cómodo, el desayuno excelente la alberca de muy buen tamaño, áreas verdes muy agradables.

Older hotel in Catemaco. At the end of the Malecon. Clean, quiet, great breakfast. Good service. I would return here.

El acceso es muy sencillo al hotel y la disponibilidad de check un excelente. La ubicación del hotel es frente a la laguna y de acceso a comercios y restaurantes cercanos. La habitación es sencilla pero cómoda. Recomendable

"Tried to overcharge, double"

Price they charge through all the listing sites was $450mx (over double) per night more than guests who just showed up pay. I refused to stay or pay any cancellation fees. Didn't want to do business with them.

El hotel esta en una muy buena ubicación, le falta mucho mantenimiento y renovacion de camas y limpieza profunda en las habitaciones . El hotel es bonito su pequeño desayuno de las mañanas esta muy bueno y con justa variedas
