The location was beyond perfect. The rooms was OK. I had a free car barking. Super friendly staff They refresh the room twice a day

"Overall very pleasant."

The staff were always very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. There was ample seating downstairs with a friendly barman if we wished to have drinks from the bar. The hotel interior decor was attractive. At breakfast our waiter remembered our coffee preferences each day.

The bed was a little hard. The plug in the sink leaked (I only reported this as we left). The restaurant was closed. The TV in the bedroom had no English channels though this was not a huge problem.

Property is great, with only imperfection being the room size. However, the hotel managed went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected difficulty. Definitely staying with them next time I’m in FDM!
