"A quality *5 experience not to be overlooked!"

It was about 1.5km outside of the main city centre, but the amenities on its doorstep were great. There was a fabulous restaurant called Rooter’s and was great value and fun. The hotel staff on reception were always courteous and helpful and it was a pleasure to return back to. I’m would definitely return there again and really enjoyed having breakfast in the cafe/bistro next door as the quality of the food was excellent. If I made any comment about the cafe/bistro I would say PLEASE bring the hot porridge out first and then perhaps 5/10 minutes later the eggs. By bringing them out together, by the time I’d finished the srummy porridge, my eggs were stone cold. Overall it was a thoroughly good stay and worthy of this positive review 👍

"Excellent"

Location is excellent. I think it is overpriced. But to be fair, it seems that hotels in Kiev are generally overpriced. The hotels rates for brand names are similar to downtown rates of big cities in the USA and Hong Kong.

"Exceptional"

Pros: Extremely clean, spacious apartments, wonderful cleaners, great Samsung appliances (Fridge, washing machine, TV and cooker), simple check-in and check-out, in-hotel ATM cash point. It's location and ease of access to nearby attractions. Cons: There were block wide power/water shut off for half a day which wasn't the hotels fault, but better communication of the situation from the staff would have been admirable, complimentary bottles of water to the guests perhaps? Otherwise, a wonderful hotel and I can highly recommend it. As my first trip to Ukraine/Kiev.

"Centrally located hotel"

Good stay. Quiet and very convenient.right on subway, number of restaurants around. Room is Priced right. Unfortunately cafe on premises closed for repairs. Would recommend

"Well placed hotel near the metro"

Nice hotel. Most staff speak good English and we're very helpful. Room was a nice size with a little kitchenette. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Metro is a short walk in either direction giving quick access to the main tourist attractions.
