Bon petit déjeuner, très bon emplacement avec vue sur la montagne et la verdure, centre commercial aux pieds de l'hotel avec un accès direct Le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, mention spéciale pour le Manager Mr Mara avec un accueil exceptionnel

Concernant le petit déjeuner, ce serait intéressant d'avoir plus de choix sur les fruits et bien sélectionnés

Location is ideal for business travelers

I had a problem with the water that was kept in my room. These were refilled bottles, and the water gave a fishy smell. I reported this the same night and requested to talk to a manager. The water was not replaced because, according to the reception, there were no staff members to send a bottle of water to the room. Met the manager only the next day. This was not a light issue! If I had drunk that water, I could have gotten quite sick. They need to be more serious with the health and safety of the guests

I loved the kind attention of the staff during breakfast and the mall at the back

Availability of taxis at a fair price

The general noise level from the echoing of people in the passages are loud and wakes you up during the night.

The fact that the restaurant closes at 9pm. I couldnt buy a beverage or even a sandwhich after hours, and you dont want to walk to the mall for that.
