Ther location for work purposes, the staff attitude changed for the good after a formal complaint.

The service at Breakfast, staff should not spend time reading messages on their phone and provide a service. Staff eating from the Buffet. The air-conditioning in the room was one speed and temperature. Add additional cooked meat other than chicken for Breakfast, where was the fish, Beef or Bacon?

Excellent location attached to a Mall. The staff are great and friendly.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 1800hrs but we went to kill time in the mall while we waited.

We spent a total of 3 nights there between our trips to Rodrigues Island. The hotel is ideally located within driving distance to where we needed to go and in a safe environment. The excellent staff were flexible enough to allow for a late check out as our flight was late in the afternoon.

Need to pay attention to detail as our room had only one towel. We asked but had to go collect ourselves after waiting for too long and was told that the housekeepers had already gone home.
