"I was late checking in and felt safe in secure parking and entrance"

It was safely near the hospital. Had everything I needed. Breakfast included was perfect to start my long day.

My coffee maker in room did not function. Would be convenient to have pure bottle water in fridge for coffee maker. Everything else was perfect

Breakfast was great.

I paid for my reservation online when I got to the facility.They tried to charge me thirty dollars more and told me.I didn't prepay for my reservation they're said we chose to pay at the facility, and I had three different confirmations, stating that I had already paid. And they wanted to argue, but then ended up giving us our room.Anyways
