Deux nuits effectuées :une en chambre prestige très bien équipée, une en chambre basique : douche très spartiate, TV avec télécommande inopérante et pas de boutons sur le moniteur. Petit déjeuner très correct.

bon accueil; chambre correcte; douche :traces de moisissures, rideau plastique(pas digne d'un trois étoiles);repas: bon(rapport qualité/prix) mais cuisine très lente donc service lent mais correct et attentionné; petit déjeuner copieux,varié et de qualité;supplément par animal:10€ au lieu de 7€ annoncé sur votre site; prix du petit déjeuner.:12€ au lieu de 11€ mentionné sur votre site.Jardin agréable et bien entretenu.Parking :facile d'accès.

Cet hôtel accepte les animaux moyennant finance sans vous prévenir à l'avance. Alors qu'il y à déjà un chien sur place avec de très long poil....

As you approach the hotel you cannot help that be pleased by the attractive appearance, however when we stayed during early May 2014, much of the hotel was undergoing a facelift. Our room was very disappointing as it had not itself been renovated. It was very tired in appearance although clean, but in desperate need of updating Photographs of the new renovated rooms looked very much more to the standard I would have expected. Sadly these were not available when we stayed . I understand the renovations will be finished in June 2014

We were welcomed by the owners who looked after guests themselves mainly but their other staff could be relied on to help if needed. We spent time with friends in the nearby town of Lectoure so its situation was good for us. The gardens are well looked after and some ground floor rooms enable access directly to them. We ate several times in their restaurant and enjoyed these meals, one being an Easter Sunday lunch when there was a mixture of residents and non-residents dining, giving a French-holiday atmosphere. When arriving back quite late one evening the owners happily cooked for us. A mixture of styles in the bathroom, washbasin very modern and not matching generous older-style bath but it held lashings of the always-hot water and there were ample towels, changed every day. The bedroom furnishing were perhaps too simple for some tastes but I prefer this, especially in a place which is often quite hot. Carpets and heavy curtains and frills/ornaments are better avoided so that a bedroom is a cool personal space.

Hotel particulièrement sale (moquettes et tapisseries datant des années 70) arrachées par endroits. Extérieur sol jamais nettoyé (taches de glace et j'en passe) certaines tables restent avec leur miettes de pain......et puis pour finir le dimanche matin PLUS D'EAU, problème de canalisations, donc pas de douche RIEN QUOI ! et aucun geste commercial pour le prix je déconseille vivement cet hotel et surtout je m'étonne du nombre d'étoiles attribué par le site !!!!!!!!!!!!
