"Exceptional"

Lo que más nos gusto fue la comodidad de la localización y la amabilidad con la que nos atendieron. La comida del todo incluido es decir los sanaks estaban muy bien a parte que en todos los bares tenías snacks de frutos secos olivas y patatas.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue que en el buffet no había mucha variedad de platos aunque la comida estaba toda muy buena.

Lo que más me gustó fue la animación. La comida era muy variada y muy buena

Lo que no me gustó es que a veces, a causa de la poca educación de la gente la piscina estaba sucia. Quizá reforzaría el servicio de limpieza en las zonas comunes.

"Siempre se puede mejorar y obtener una estrella más."

Relación calidad precio, cuenta con varias piscinas, toboganes, muchas hamacas, varios chiringuitos para servir bebidas, dos comedores uno de ellos reformado, comida de buena calidad y como siempre la mayoría de los trabajadores siempre están atentos para tengamos una agradable estancia.

Poca variedad en las comidas, almohadas delegadas, algún trabajador de barra de bar piscina que colaba a sus amigos mientras los demás hacíamos colás, y un par de incidentes que tuvo que venir la policía dos veces en una semana.

LA ZONA DE LOS TOBOGANES Y LA SITUACIÓN DEL HOTEL

LAS DOS PISCINAS MUY SATURADAS DE GENTE, MUCHOS PELOS EN EL AGUA. EL RESTAURANTE BASTANTE CAOTICO Y EN LA RECEPCIÓN A LA LLEGADA BASTANTE DESCONTROL.

la habitación estaba justo debajo de la salida de los aires acondionados y demás aparatos de la cocina, con lo que se generaba un calor sofocante cada vez que abriamos la puerta del balcón

El buffet es muy amplio, muy bueno e incluye bebidas no alcohol. Los toboganes para los niños. Habitación amplia y cómoda.

El vestíbulo de entrada estaría bien que lo reformaran para ponerlo más moderno. Y menos estresante con tanta gente. Que hagan cumplir la prohibición de tabaco en las piscinas, y más cerca de los niños.
