The hotel itself is nice.

We were travelling with another group that had reservations at the same hotel (they had 3 rooms booked). The hostess for some reason did not find my reservation in the system, even though I gave her my passport, and gave me one of the rooms booked for one of the guests in the other group, since we were all apparently together. Due to that, two of the guests in the other group had to share a room. We were very tired from our trip and did not think to question this at the time. I only found out this issue when I received a message from booking.com asking if I had stayed at the hotel. Attempts to contact the hotel to request answers and a refund were met with a blunt "we have no record of your stay at our hotel". Requests to check again, to talk to the hostess who met us were ignored and not answered. Neither did we receive an answer from booking.com about this issue. So I cannot recommend this hotel, they are not customer-oriented. The facilities may be nice, but this unwillingness to admit to a mistake is just unacceptable.

Absolutely stunning property and exceptional service!

My husband and I were walking the Camino de Santiago. This was such a unique and lovely getaway for our anniversary, it was very romantic, peaceful and quiet. Loved the pool and room! Dinner was delicious as well! Could not have been happier with our experience

Have come for 10 years+. It's not run by hotel people, not pleasant check in( what's your reservation number, never heard that before!) Aircon didn't work, called 4 times no answer, was later told they took it off after summmer- would be nice if they told customers!, service/ staff mediocre in @ set up with huge potential but too m@ny things "not professional"

El hotel es una maravilla, ya me habia alojado el año pasado. El cuarto de baño es una pasada, las toallas , los jabones…la cama muy cómoda y las sábanas una gozada. La atención del personal en recepción excepcional.La piscina es una maravilla. Es un hotel muy acogedor con una decoración exquisita.

El servicio de cafetería en la piscina y en la cafetería en general.

The room and location are absolutely perfect!! We would certainly keep coming back. Would highly recommend.

Customer welcome could be better. Fantastic place, “some” of the younger staff on reception require customer service training. Not a particularly welcoming experience for a returning guest. Not sure what the walnuts are all about if you don’t provide a nut cracker!!
