Although an inexpensive hotel the facilities were of a good standard, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, lovely en suite ( though being on the top floor it took a while for the hot water to make it to the shower. Obviously this can't be helped but it wasted a lot of water!). Lovely breakfast beautifully cooked. Facilities in the room included a fridge, with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. I would stay again.

Parking seemed an expensive extra at £10 but worth it as parking in Harrogate is expensive. Breakfast was excellent but a bit expensive at £14 and when booking it wasn't obvious that these were extra costs. There is a notice that they are discontinuing breakfast from January 2027 .

I had to rearrange my stay due to my son breaking his wrist. Owner couldn't have been more amenable about this. Was lovely and friendly and welcoming.

Great stay all round. The shower head was loose so had to hold it rather than it remaining on you.
