Les photos embellies des chambres surfaces le site..en vrai, les surfaces sont plus réduites dans la chambre que j’ai sélectionnée J’ai pris une chambre avec télé, selon la facture, j’écris aux réceptionnistes qui m’ont répondu par message que ma chambre contient l’ensemble des équipements. No way

Location: near many important highlights of Brussels and in cozy Ixelles.

The hotel was renovating the staircase, which made it impossible to take the stairs up or down. At the same time one elevator was out of order and the only other one was only big enough for circa 3 people. Many times I had to wait long to go up or down. The hotel should have closed in such a condition. My room and bathroom needed to be renovated. It was tiny, which I knew, but also just not in any state compared to the photos. Many other details in the hotel were old and sad looking.

I stayed at Latroupe Hotel Le Berger in Brussels between 9–11 June 2026 for a business trip. Booking.com charged my credit card €356.98. However, when I checked into the hotel, the property informed me that it had received only €345 and that the remaining amount represented Booking.com's commission. Consequently, the hotel issued an invoice for only €345. As this was a business trip, I am required to submit invoices to my employer for reimbursement of my expenses. Since the invoice amount (€345) does not match the amount charged to my credit card (€356.98), there is a discrepancy of €11.98. This creates a problem because the official documentation I can provide to my employer does not correspond to my actual payment, leaving me unable to justify the difference and causing me a financial loss. I first contacted Booking.com customer service in writing and was subsequently contacted by phone. During the call, I was told that the hotel might still charge the remaining amount in the future and therefore Booking.com could not issue a refund. Furthermore, the representative's attitude was highly disrespectful. I was told that the issue was not Booking.com's responsibility and that I should have obtained written confirmation from the hotel in advance stating that they would not charge the difference. Otherwise, the matter was allegedly of no concern to Booking.com. Since I made my reservation through Booking.com, I reasonably expected the total amount paid to be transparent and fully supported by official documentation. At present, there is a discrepancy between my credit card statement and the hotel invoice, and I am unable to document this difference to my employer. I therefore request either: A refund of the €11.98 difference; or The issuance of a new invoice or official document, showing the total amount paid through Booking.com (€356.98), including my name and accommodation details.

Tesis çok kötüydü, booking benden peşin ücret olarak 356€ çekti ancak tesis bana 345 € çektiğini belirtti ayrıca 345€ luk bir fatura verdi. Farkı da Booking’in komisyon olarak aldığını söyledi. Bunu Booking müşteri hizmetlerine aktarınca onlar da otelin oluşan yaklaşık 12 € farkı sonradan çekebileceğini dolayısıyla bana iade edemeyeceğini belirtti. Bu durumda ben faturayı kuruma iade için verdiğimde 12€ zararda olacağım.
