A great location with delightful and helpful staff. The restaurant is not to be missed.

Only two minor short comings - no lift and the bathroom in our upgraded beautiful suite lacked a shower.

What a place! The tranquility and the views are simply magical. The attention to detail is truly delightful. The room is perhaps a bit small, but it’s unique :) The restaurant offers exceptional food and service! And above all, this time I want to thank the staff, who deserve a perfect score of 1,000 points. A special thank you for your helpfulness, attention to detail, and wonderful attitude toward guests—to Ciara and Raimonda. You made our stay truly exceptional. Every hotel needs people like you :)

The smell in the bathroom was a little off-putting. And it’s definitely on the chilly side in there. The room is perhaps a bit cluttered; I’d prefer a little more open space. But overall, everything’s fine.
