Residence Lupiae

The lobby was large and spacious with plenty of room to gather and relax. Price was reasonable

We booked an apartment for the kitchen and terrace for NYE. However, we were given a completely different room. When we brought this to the woman at the front desk, she informed us our booking was only for extended stays. We politely explained that it was available on the site, and we chose this establishment for that exact accommodation - her response was basically "oh well, sorry but it's not available". There was not even an attempt to reconcile the situation. There are cats roaming around the lobby. Cute, but one of us is very allergic, and with our room adjacent to the lobby, there was no avoiding symptoms.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the train station and to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants close by.

The wi-fi was very unreliable and using 4G was also not reliable as our room was below the ground floor. Our window opened to a courtyard that was home to some hens and a rooster which was incredibly loud at 5-6 am when the sun began to rise. The shower didn’t drain very well so we had to be careful not to have the tap too strong or it would overflow.

The sleeping conditions were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and communicative.

The internet connection was unstable during the first few days, but significantly improved in the second half of our trip.

C'était un séjour fantastique, la gérante et ses soeurs sont adorables et aimables. Elles sont toujours disponibles. L'hôtel est très propre et facile d'accès.

The owners are really kind, the residence has everything you need and it’s clean, chill and very big 💜
