Loved the interior design with the pink stripes and glam/cozy vibes. As a female solo traveler this was a fun and comfy room to stay in.

No serious complaints. I wish there was a small table by the lounge chair to make it easier to eat food that I would order.

Lokalizacja była super. Centrum starówki, czysto i przyjemnie w pokojach, wygodne materace. Personel bardzo pomocny. Własny parking. Polecam z całego serca. Będę się tam zatrzymywał w przyszłości.

The location and the restaurant for the dinner

Staff (not helpful at att). In the reservation confirmation email, it was stated that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but that if a room was available earlier, it might be possible to check in sooner. We arrived early and asked about the room, but without even checking the system, we were simply told that check-in is at 3:00 PM. I understand that this was mentioned in the message, as it sounds good in theory. In our room, the curtains were hung incorrectly and it was impossible to fully block the sunlight. During the first night, I could not sleep because the sun was shining directly into my eyes. In the morning, I asked the receptionist to fix the curtain. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, nothing had been changed. I then asked for a safety pin or clip so I could at least close the curtain myself and get some sleep. She promised to bring one, but never even came back to say that she could not find anything. The next day, after the second sleepless night out of my three-night stay at the hotel, and after a serious conversation in the morning, the problem was finally resolved. Cleanliness: the entire hotel is covered with carpets that smell very unpleasant, including in the rooms. There is neither air conditioning nor ventilation in the hotel. Fortunately, the weather outside was warm, so I was able to keep the windows open all day and night. Bathroom was simply dirty. The beds and bedding are old, and not very comfortable.

Υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά στο δωμάτιο...από Σάββατο μέχρι τρίτη δεν μπήκαν ούτε μια φορά να καθαρίσουν!

Great location, right at one of the main streets in old town. Even though it was so central, our room was not noisy at all (it faced a courtyard in the back of the hotel). Good breakfast and with great staff.

Blackout curtains didn't block the sunlight effectively. Lighting in the room and bathroom was very weak.

EEEH the location is fantastic in the very ❤️ heart of beautiful Gdansk old town can’t get much better than this lovely hotel also fantastic view from our windows in the room fantastic lovely staff and would stay here again😜😜

Honestly nothing to dislike everything’s brill at this lovely hotel😍xxx
