"A very well located hotel in the centre of Gdansk."

The hotel is centrally located, ideal for walking, eating out and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very little tea/coffee in the room, soap in the bathroom would have been handy.

"Very enjoyable."

Very central. Easy to access local areas of interest. Own restaurant on site for meals. Staff always available. Luggage room so we didn’t have to traipse our case around on the last day.

Was a little noisy with the bells, but they did stop around midnight. I had no trouble sleeping.

"Great location but poor services"

The location was excellent. I appreciated having a working elevator. .

For the majority of my stay I did not have wifi. I reported it to reception but they couldn’t seem to get it working. The water was just lukewarm so don’t expect a hot shower. One day there was just cold water. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price.
