Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments. Please note that cleaning is included every two days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra cost, please contact the hotel directly for arrangements. Please note that until May, check-in takes place at the reception of The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL). From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789). After 10pm, you will need to go to The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL). All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card; please contact the hotel directly for information regarding bank transfers.
