"Great stay in the heart of Chablis"

We enjoyed staying at this great property in the heart of Chablis. It provided us with an ideal home base for tasting the local wines and exploring the village. Our room was good sized and clean and the restaurant just downstairs is spectacular offering an extensive menu of high end food choices and an amazing wine list with many older hard to find bottles.

The meals and breakfast were amazing! For the meals, the dishes were very tasty, original, mouth watering and pieces of art.Thank you to the chef(s). It was a great experience. The sommelier was lovely and very helpful with the huge card of wines. And the Staff very nice and discreet. Overall everything was perfect!

"could be perfect"

Terrific hotel with great table, my companions had rooms with tub and shower, mine had only a tub with extremely slippery bottom. very dangerous... The tiled floor was also very slippery. Upon my arrival the toilet seat was loose... As in all hotels in Europe, no wash cloth is provided.... The coffee cup wasn't cleaned as the towels not folded in the bathroom... Looking like only the bed was made....

"Pleasant hotel, gourmet restaurant"

Pleasant hotel in good location with car parking. Restaurant is expensive but very good. Breakfast was disappointing. Told on arrival the restaurant was fully booked for one evening of our 2 night stay so book ahead if you want to eat in. Lovely bathrooms, pleasant views and hotel in quiet area. Room cleaned on day 2 but too rushed and didn't replace soap that had been used up or wash glasses. Overall though a lovely hotel and I would stay again.

We were there quite briefly en route from Arles to Wimereux. Lovely Hostellerie - restaurant fairly expensive, receptionist fairly friendly. Excellent restaurant a few doors up. Room very nice and very clean - 'extra comfort room'

"Gourmet walking and cycling in the Alps."

We love this hotel. Brilliantly situated for walking and cycling (as long as you like hills), very comfortable rooms, really interesting dinners (and wine list), great value on demi-pension, and great breakfasts to set you up for a day in the mountains of the Beaufortain. And very helpful and friendly owners and staff.
