Causeway Lodge

Loverly couple, everywhere is spotless, the breakfast is excellent with lots to choose from, my wife was involved in an accident before we arrived at the accommodation, she has trouble climbing stairs, after mentioning this to Ann she put us in a downstairs room with a wet room bathroom.

We stayed in the Portbradden Room for one night and found it quite comfortable. The room featured a king-size bed, a dressing table, and an en suite bathroom. Amenities included a small flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge, a room safe, and an ironing board. Bathroom was clean and modern and toiletries were provided. Although we didn’t use it, there was a hot tub available outside. The addition of dressing gowns and slippers was a thoughtful touch. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Breakfast—both continental and full cooked options—was included in the room rate and was very tasty. The only negative were some cobwebs in the room.

The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and lots of it. Anne and Lyle were very welcoming.

This B&B is the best of the best. Hostess was very nice, helpful, and all accommodations were superb and exceeded expectations.

Comfortable, clean and a bit cramped. Lovely host and breakfast.

Our room was very nice and our host was a wealth of knowledge. Location was great.
