Hotel Savoia

Parkplatzsituation aufgrund von Bauarbeiten in dem Viertel schlecht. Zimmer schlicht, aber wie erwartet . Lage an sich sehr ok. Nette und gute Kneipen in den näheren Umgebung.

This is a budget hotel, not the Ritz, so I think it's important to go in with the right expectations. That said, the location was great - lively, safe, easy walk to the beach (the best beach being through the tunnel to the east). The room met our needs and had good air conditioning, a small fridge (there is a very reasonably priced PennyMart around the corner for groceries) and a nice little private balcony overlooking the street. Furniture/decor was worn but clean and serviceable. The breakfast room is on top of the hotel and has a great view, but is HOT in the summer unless you get there early (some fans would help). Plenty of breakfast options, but I didn't find it too appetizing - maybe I needed to get there earlier - however, keeping cold things colder (juices, yogurt, etc) would be a good idea. Did not try the restaurant for dinner. Wifi seemed good in the room. Check in/out was easy and friendly. Its about a 20-minute walk from the train station if you choose to walk. I would stay there again but probably skip the breakfast and just stock up at the grocery.

In centro, comodo per arrivare alla spiaggia

Posizione sicuramente molto comoda a 2 passi dal centro e dal mare. Ma: Camera microscopica e bagno se possibile ancora più piccolo (1 metro x 1 metro o pochi cm di più). Nella doccia non ci si riesce a muovere (piatto doccia da circa 50 cm). Il wc e il bidet erano piccolissimi e il bidet era difficilissimo da usare perchè non sapevi dove mettere una gamba (dentro la doccia, praticamente!!!!!!). Un supplizio, davvero (e non sono altissima, infatti non arrivo a 1,70 m). Per lo meno costa poco dormire qui, e non si può pretendere molto. Va bene x max 1 notte o 2, di più a mio parere sarebbe insostenibile.

Una camera in condizioni buone zona notte ma il bagno completamente in stato di usura ed apparenza mediocri nota positiva il phon a parere......

Hotel a pochissimi passi dal lungomare e situato in un isola pedonale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza con un bagno piccolo, ma si sa siamo in Liguria e gli spazi sono sempre ridotti. Colazione più che sufficiente come quantità e qualità, bello mettere la sala colazione all'ultimo piano, purtroppo era una giornata piovosa. Ci siamo trovati bene, lo consiglio. Great location and gracious owners who work hard for your comfort. Wonderful terrace for breakfast that faces view of mountains and town.
