Super netter Empfang an der Reception! Die Dame war sehr humorvoll und herzlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, which made our stay especially relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. The room and common areas were quite clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the mountains from the window absolutely stunning and unforgettable.

The breakfast was quite average and didn’t offer much variety. The hotel itself feels rather old and could definitely benefit from renovation. At reception, we were warned about a 200 CHF fine if water spills outside the shower, which is only covered by a curtain this felt a bit excessive and uncomfortable. The single room was extremely small and had a strong, persistent smell of linoleum, which made the stay less pleasant.

Do atendimento. Bruna e Marcella foram simplesmente sensacionais. Recomendo muito para os brasileiros e portugueses.
