It was convenient

Extremely loud music playing by the pool, which our room faced, through Sunday night to 1.30 am, when nobody was by the pool. When I asked what the music was playing for they said 'normal'. I asked to turn it down, it was turned up. Staff had a very couldn't care less attitude

La zone piscine

Réceptionniste peu aimable. Le fait de payer à l'avance et non à l'arrivée. Chambres vieillottes, linge de toilette très usé et gris non plus blanc. Mauvaise isolation: on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine et les pas résonnent très fort dans le couloir. Hôtel qui accueille toutes les forces de l'ordre italiennes (carabiniers, policiers et brigade financière) et qui semble donc peu se soucier du touriste, vu qu'il a déjà une "clientèle" assurée avec un paiement sûr fourni par l'Etat

L'unico punto a favore è la posizione

Le 4 stelle credo siano cadute dal cielo.... camera non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, bagno vecchio (quelle delle foto non è quello della camera), pulizia poco accurata, piscina a pagamento, colazione banale con roba preconfezionata (siamo in sicilia, mi aspetto molto di più da un 4 stelle). Le tre stelle sarebbero anche eccessive...
