The Mortimer Arms

Our room was above the kitchen with some noise but the function room, with skittles and music was very intrusive in our room in the evening.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and very clean.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive. Room was spacious and well appointed and the evening meal was good although they did run out of a few options. Well positioned and also great value for money.

There was nothing to dislike.

Excellent accommodation, clean, tidy and so welcoming. Our room was superb, very comfortable and quiet. Gorgeous shower. We ate at the pub for dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. Staff were fantastic. We had a great time.

I like my room decor and facilities, it was quite a good size The bed was comfortable and clean. I like the bathroom, very modern and a new style of basin/tap model for me

I didn't like a sheet on the bed which had seen better days, it had a tear hole. The shower in room one, the thermostat was not working. The shower was too hot or cold, I could not get that right therefore my shower which was a wonderful model and good pressure, was disappointing. I did not understand the TV, for me, I need a manual in the room.
