Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure du check-in et l’équipe a gentiment accepté de nous donner notre chambre plus tôt, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le réceptionniste est très attentionné et se soucie réellement du bien-être des clients. Nous étions trois personnes et nous avons reçu une grande chambre prévue pour quatre personnes, très confortable. L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un accès facile aux bus pour rejoindre le centre de Venise, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !
