- La proximité avec la plage et le centre ville de Dinard - L'accès au parking

- les photos volontairement trompeuses sur le site de booking qui laissent apparaitre un établissement qui n'est pas l'hôtel : Attention ! Les photos laissent apparaitre une belle bâtisse avec tour, laissant croire au premier abord que c'est l'hôtel, mais il n'en est rien. Il faudra se rendre jusqu'à la photo 46/100 sur le site de booking pour arriver à voir un bout du "vrai" hôtel de profil ! Et le charme n'y est...Vraiment pas ! Ne connaissant pas le coin, nous nous sommes fait berné par les photos. - l'insonorisation de la chambre - la chambre PMR non demandée (salle de bain non agréable), surtout pour un 31 décembre - la propreté du logement (chouchou par terre) - le côté vieillissant du hall d'accueil et de l'hôtel en général Malgré une demande de solution à l'amiable, l'établissement n'a pas soulevé d'intérêt quant au fait de me répondre et de donner suite à mes remarques. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, qui ne se souci guère de ce que peuvent penser les clients.
