Staff. All people were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinners were absolutely extraordinary - variety, presentation, quality, service - all truly fantastic!

There were some minor technical issues - all promptly resolved.

"Perfect hotel for a family skiing getaway"

Brilliant staff, professional and helpful. Location great for skiing. Nice small wellness. Excellent food, especially à la cart dinner.

Issue with black mould on the wall above windows in room and bathroom. This is the only negative thing about this hotel.
