"Schönes Resort direkt am Plauer See"

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Plauer See. Viele nicht bebaute Grünflächen, sehr weiträumig. Fahrradständer für jede Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliche, helle und große Zimmer mit viel Platz und Abstell- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Viele Steckdosen, alle mit USB-Lademöglichkeiten.

Gastronomisches Angebot eingeschränkt und teuer.

Modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage am See, Badestrand fußläufig schnelle erreichbar. Restaurant und kleiner Laden vorhanden. Zimmer und Anlage sauber.

À la carte leider nur bis 16:30 Uhr, zum Abendessen nur Buffet. Matratze nicht durchgängig, 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten.

"Lovely location, mostly friendly and helpful staff."

Excellent location, convenient boat rental, generally good onsite amenities.

Long wait in restaurant (lunch/afternoon). At least one person works there (male massage therapist) who’s got zero training in hospitality and is very unpleasant.

"Grossartiges Naturerlebnis"

Geschmackvoll, großzügig, durchdacht

Eine Reservierung im Restaurant auf der Terrasse über die Rezeption ist mehrfach nicht gelungen. Wir haben sehr gut auswärts gegessen.

Die Lage ist super. Das ganze Resort ist super durchdacht. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Unser Balkonzimmer war sehr warm. In der Seevilla fehlte ein Korkenzieher und ein Geschirrspüler wäre klasse!

"Nicht am Service sparen"

Die Anlage und das Personal sind immer noch gute Gastgeber. Wir waren jetzt das 3. mal zu Gast

Leider wird am gewohntem Service gespart: - Kaffeemaschine ist auf dem Zimmer allerdings kein Kaffee oder Tee… Muss mm jetzt kaufen - es gibt keine Flasche Wasser mehr auf dem Zimmer - für Bademäntel werden jetzt 7,00€ Reinigungsgebühr erhoben - bei der HP sind keine Getränke mehr enthalten Das mag sein dass das Kleinigkeiten sind allerdings sind es die kleinen Dinge im Service die Rechnung tragen! Wenn man bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen wird, hat man als Gast auch keine Erwartungen bzw. wird vor Ort nicht enttäuscht.
