We loved our pretty over water villa and the access to the amazing house reef directly from it. The house keeper spoiled us too, which was a lovely touch.

The resort is amazing, the house, pool, beaches, food and staff were more than we could have expected. The best choice for families and big thanks to all the staff, especially Sarath, Jamal, Islam and Sabej for for always being amazing with our children! :)

Die Anlage und Hotelzimmer sind gut gepflegt und sauber, aber man merkt, dass alle schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

전체적인 환경과 구조가 좋았습니다. 3일정도 있으니 적응되고 좋더군요..호텔안에는 레스토랑 및 필요한것이 모두 있습니다. 최고의 휴양지 몰디브를 잘 느끼고 왔습니다. 하우스키핑은 정말 훌륭해요!

일단, 몰디브를 처음 방문하는 손님에게는 매우 설명이 부족한거 같습니다. 비행기 타는것도 예약후에 알려주고 부킹조차조 부과세가 정말 많이 붙습니다. 최소 몇천씩 지출을 하는 사람들에게 주는 서비스로 부족했습니다. 올인클루시브도 뭔가 올인클루시브가 아니고 부가적이 무언가가 꼭 있더군요. 예를드면 꼭 가서 마셔야하고 음료메뉴도 정확히 뭐가 뭔지.. 그리고 키즈클럽 직원의 서비스는 엉망이더군요. 아이 두명이 들어가자 무표정과 피곤한 얼굴로 작은애는 시터를 써야한다며 비용을 내고오라며 .. 왜 이런 불쾌한기분을 들게하면서 키즈클럽을 운영하는지 모르겠어요. 그리고 프로그램 운영하는 분위기가 애들이 괭장히 직원 눈치를 보며 하더군요.. 없는게 낫다고 봅니다. 정말 친절하고 좋은 직원이 더 많지만 몇몇 지친 약간의 까칠한 직원들때문에 서비스에 대한 기분이 왔다갔다 했던거 같아요.
