Creeky floor boards

Great quiet location outside of Hexham. Comfortable room and facilities with a great host. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Great insights to local attractions. Nearby pub was a good place for evening meals.

Really lovely place, in a great location for a local wedding at Healey Barn. The hosts were very accommodating to my needs, allowing an early check-in and late night return after the wedding. I booked a double room and my room had a lovely double bed and a single as well. There was also a pull out bed underneath the main bed. Very comfortable and very spacious. Will definitely return if I need to stay in the area again.

Everything was perfect as always! We have come to think of this as our 2nd home every year now! Elizabeth was amazing. Everyone we met whilst staying here were super friendly! We love hearing the sounds of the sheep. It was lovely to get little squeeks of acknowledgement from Poppy the farm cat too! See you next year xx

There was nothing at all to dislike!

Elizabeth is a great host. My wife and I shared a large bright and comfortable room. Convivial breakfast dining. A real countryside retreat that is but a short drive to Hexham or Corbridge. You are treated like one of the family.
