The nicest welcoming staff. Super efficient. Smart. Able to meet your needs.

Location was great. Close to great restaurants and in a very safe area. Easy access to taxis and bus. The staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful. Happy hour is 6 to 9 and the pistachio cookies are delicious!

The hotel staff is truly outstanding. Our large suite was comfortable, well appointed and an oasis before heading on an overseas flight.

Very nice property in the heart of Rothschild Ave, a tree-lined colonnade in the center of Tel Aviv. Lots of restaurants and shops are close by. The room was large and comfortable, although the air conditioning was not too effective. They have an everyday happy hour in the very comfy lobby and serve complimentary refreshments, including bubbly. The staff was terrific; friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very nice stay there.

It's a mediocre tourist-class hotel. Basic. Clean. Needs updating and refurbishing 20 years ago. Better hotels nearby.

The staff at this property are absolutely fantastic. The location is great. It is however a very old property . We had to change rooms as the air quality is not good.. there was a strong musty smell in the room...
