Very close to St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside

Large fairly comfortable bed. Aircon and fan - though the fan was quite loud, but that's ok. Really clean apartment with all the amenities you would want for an apartment. The 2 bathrooms made it super handy for a family of 5. Huge balcony/outdoor area and lovely internal access courtyard. Great location for us as we were wanting to stay near family and be near Chermside mall.

The only thing we struggled with a little bit was the efficiency of the dryer. It took a really long time to dry clothes and was very loud adjacent to the living room. We used one of the couches as a pullout bed which was great for a family of 5 to be able to stay together but there was no other living room seating as a result. But the TVs in the bedrooms allowed for comfortable relaxing.

The property is overpriced compared with similar accommodations. There were no individual toiletries provided—only a basic 3-in-1 dispenser for shampoo, soap, and shower gel. Although breakfast is advertised as included, it consists solely of cereal and milk, which you have to collect yourself. Towels are not changed during the stay, and the lighting in the room is very dim.

I liked it because the staff were friendly, the rooms were up to standard, and it was not too far from shopping centres and airports

Room service only once a week. Hv to throw rubbish ourselves.

Room was a good set up and comfortable. We only stayed to sleep before a flight the next morning.

Overpriced Dad told me the lady at reception was rude, talked condescendingly while reading out the rules list, stabbed her pen at the paper emphasizing each point. The vending machine dropped change everywhere or coins get caught in the return, didn’t show any pricing.
