I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Buri Rasa. Everything was truly excellent, but what made this place so special were the people — their warmth and genuine kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was a dream, with a fantastic selection that left nothing to be desired. Every detail felt thoughtful and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would come back anytime — a truly special place!

Our stay at Buri Rasa was wonderful. It’s likely one of the best resorts you can find at this price point on Koh Phangan. The staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The beach is among the best on the island—clean, beautiful, and very relaxing. The nearby village is small, quiet, and completely walkable, with a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. The location is a bit more remote, with fewer tourists and no party atmosphere. If you’re looking for nightlife, this may not be the right area. However, if you prefer a peaceful and laid-back part of the island, it’s perfect. It’s also quite close to the Bottle Beach viewpoint hike, which I would highly recommend.

The breakfast is good for the price and comparable to other places in the same range. There’s a nice selection to choose from, no queues, and a slight rotation of items each morning. The quality isn’t exceptional, but for this price point it’s definitely in the upper tier. The hotel restaurant is decent. It has a nice atmosphere and overall vibe, but it’s a bit pricey for what you get. There are several places in the village that are more affordable and offer food of a similar quality. If you’re a real foodie, there aren’t any standout dining options in the area, in my opinion, but there are plenty of solid choices within walking distance at different price points. Overall, the hotel offers a good level of quality and sits at the higher end compared to similar-priced hotels. It’s not perfect, but it meets a solid four-star standard, and I don’t really have anything major to complain about.

Schöner, ruhiger Strand, ausreichend Liegen (auch noch um 11 Uhr), angenehme Gästestruktur/Ruhe, tolle Massage zu fairen Preisen im Hotel, freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit/Hygiene, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer

Teilweise in die Jahre gekommen (Bad, Pool, Gym), Auswahl zum Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein, warme Speisen waren nicht warm, Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon unbequem (keine Kissen), Anreise per Hotelboot nur bedingt/teilweise möglich aufgrund des Wetteres (dafür zu teuer)
