Prince of Wales

I had a very nice 5 night stay at the Prince of Wales. The property consists of 3 very nicely sized B&B rooms over a town centre pub. My room wasn't flashy, but it was a good size (big enough for three people) and a very comfortable place to stay. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good and the room was clean. The staff were friendly throughout my stay and the breakfasts were excellent. I thought my stay was very good value too, particularly so with the breakfast being included. Parking was about 5 minutes walk away and easy enough to find a space. Being a central location there was a bit of noise over night but that's only to be expected and not something the hosts can control. I would definitely recommend and stay there again if in the area.

We had an amazing view down the Prince of Wales Pier from our large bedroom window, with the sea, shops and bars right on our doorstep, an excellent location. The breakfast fry ups were spot on, exactly what we wanted and how we liked it. The staff were really friendly and accomodating and the owner had lots of helpful info about the local area to help us plan our day. We had a really good stay, just sorry it wasn't longer. Falmouth is a lovely seaside town and a really great base for exploring other places in Cornwall

Comfortable (suite of) room(s), friendly staff and customers in bar. Good breakfast in the morning. Ticked all the boxes.

Our stay at the Prince of Wales was brilliant the help given by the staff and the way they put themselves out to help us was more than we expected. A comfortable stay with people who enjoyed serving.

Clean comfortable room with a good shower en-suite. Brilliant breakfast with quality ingredients very nicely cooked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly pub stay, room was a nice size

Bed very comfortable and breakfast great. Couple of things, the door to the room, number 2, you have to slam it to shut and lock. It needs adjusting and the bathroom door needs adjusting as well. One of us got stuck in it!! Had to really pull it to open up. Shower was good though.

What a wonderful hostess. She was courteous, friendly and amazingly helpful. If this is Cornish hospitality then I can't wait to get back to Falmouth. Thanks for everything you did for my son and I.

THERE IS NO CAR PARKED Regardless what you read this property doesn't have any car parking, it does have nice rooms, easy access to the town area, and provides a very nice breakfast
