Staff friendly, good food a good location

The choice of taxi booked through the hotel was disappointing. A fixed fee paid for at the hotel was agreed for the taxi to take us to the Viceregal Lodge and on to the station. On our way to the station and to kill time the driver suggested a visit to the State Museum which was ok and we were in there for only 45 minutes, but then the driver demanded an additional 5000 Rupees at the station drop off for the privilege.

Staff, location, hospitality, help with travel locally, cleanliness, food, everything was top notch.

I liked the ambience surrounding and best thing its near by mall road and staff behaviour was good

I don’t like that management charged for small small thing like we needed a iodex and they charged for it even we paid 14000 for stay

The hotel staff were excellent as was the food. Room was clean and comfortable with a large window view of the valley.

No warning that taxi could not take Us all the way to the hotel because the last 200m to hotel is up a steep Private road. So we got dropped off by the Marina hotel with no idea where to go, thankfully the taxi driver was helpful but had little English to fully explain. We therefore had to walk up a steep road carrying our luggage, the last bit to hotel was unlit and having building works carried out and elicited some unhappy words. It seems they will send a porter to help but it needs to be made clear what one needs to do.
