The staff is always friendly, and the breakfast options are great.

Our room was dirty. Food and papers shoved into the fold out bed my daughter was supposed to sleep on, hair and toilet paper crumbles all over the bathroom floor and shower, dirty toilet, room hadn't been dusted.

Reservation was 1 room with a queen/ kitchenette and the 2nd room was to have two full beds/kitchenette. We ended up with 2 rooms each with 1 queen/kitchenette.

One of our rooms was not what we reserved.
