The White Horse

It was easy to find, quiet and in a pleasant village. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me, as a single traveller, feel very comfortable. I had a lovely walk from the property in the morning, over fields full of blackthorn blossom and into a delightful wood.

Rooms seem to be relatively new, comfortable, neat, tidy. Dinner was very good. Service from all staff was brilliant, very friendly.

Breakfast was poor. Very limited choices.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Sliced bread, a few slices on ham and cheese, cereals etc. Not what we would expect for £120 a night- have had much better in a Premier Inn.

Great Room, very clean and cosy. Fantastic food served in the Restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff.

We unfortunately only had 5 mins to grab a few things and go, the lady was lovely and made sure we left well fed with a few bits and a take away coffee. Next time we'll have a less rushed timetable to enjoy our breakfast with you.
