It was clean and comfortable the shower in particular was great, the restaurant food was very good and the staff were lovely

Breakfast was fine but could have been better

Nice size rooms, very modern and clean, nice shower, nice breakfast, everything I wanted was there. Had a nice meal of fish and chips on the night, Ample off street parking. would recommend.

There is sky tv in the room but I think the remote batteries were not working so I couldn't get it on however I did forget to mention it to the staff.

Breakfast was adequate but no fresh coffee available

The room was not as expected ,wifi was poor, stairs to climb for an oap with mobility issues ,The shower was unusable the spray bracket was loose, very little toilet tissue available .No room for a laptop .Hardly any coffee ,sugar or tea available the tray wasn't clean Rubbish left in the dingy wardrobe Sorry but we won't be visiting again .

The fact that we requested a ground floor room due to disability but didn't get one. This did cause a little stress as my sister really struggled. We did ask staff member who said that there was a ground floor but would have to have 2 double rooms which was defeating the issue due to my sisters LD and can not be left alone.

All great but need more gluten free options perhaps a separate menu as the allergy sheets were not great

Location was nice, decent sized car park, the beds were actually quite comfy

Room wasn’t as advertised, a bit dark and gloomy, tv was so small, walls were paper thin, a lot of questionable guests so could hear them at 1/2am shouting etc, very strong smell of weed from the window, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet was very loud to flush, rooms very outdated, gave the feeling of staying in a hostel not a hotel
