LSA Baixa Chiado by Numa

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service. The staff is unresponsive to email inquiries regarding my upcoming stay. Thinking a phone call would be quicker, I tried calling the listed number several times after 9:00 AM. Each time, it rang a few times and then the line was abruptly cut off. Communication is key in hospitality, and this hotel is failing at the basics.

A localização é excelente. O apartamento é bom e acolhedor. Mas a limpeza deixa a desejar. As roupas de banho eram trocadas todos os dias, mas só isso.

O piso de madeira faz muito barulho ao se caminhar. Tanto no apartamento em que ficamos quanto no do vizinho. Rangia demais.

El aislamiento de las ventanas pues se escucha la calle como si estuvieran abiertas

Excellent location and great large space. A nice break from hotels to unwind in perfect location by the water. Supermarket close by to make breakfast and in room washer to help organize for next leg of the trip.

Natural light and spacious

It is hard to sleep easily because located on the first floor above two very noisy restaurants and you can hear the footsteps of people in the apartment above and the light from street lights on all night are impossible to block put because the shutters didn’t close fully. The bed was also a little hard. The apartment was clean but there was some mould in the bathroom.
