There is no service charge. One child under 2 years-old can stay free of charge in a baby cot. Please note that you will receive check in information when reservation is confirmed and deposit is paid. There is no front desk; this is a Self Check-In property. Please inform Aruba Tropic in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that no daily housekeeping service is provided, but is possible at a surcharge. At the time of check in, you will be provided with clean towels and linens. It is the responsibility of the guest to wash them in the laundry located at the entrance of the complex, if the need arises. You do not have to launder the sheets or the towels before checkout. The consumables such as the toilet papers and soap will be provided before you check in. Refills are customer’s responsibility.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Property was central to a lot of cornershops and tourist attractions. The property was super clean and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

"The best with a good price tag"

we like the location and its tranquility including the privacy. The host was awesome and was very attentive to our request

The Wi-Fi was weak and the tv YouTube did not work for the kids to see.

"Vacationer BEWARE"

Before you book here: The amenities stated on its site were not included in our stay. It was missing things such as the hair blower, tea kettle, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, beach towels, and blankets. In addition: The safe was broken, the wifi doesn't reach the second floor, the stairs to the second floor only has one railing, the washer/dryer only accepts local currency, the shampoo/bodywash dispensers don't work and there are ANTS. There is only one off-site maintenance person to directly contact who doesn't have a good command of the english language, took a day to replace a light bulb and picks up phone calls when he wants to. Hotels.com was contacted and even they were unable to reach him for over a day. We were forced to check out two days into the stay due to sleep deprevation. The bed sheets might be due for a cleaning as well because we were itching throughout the nights. Aruba Tropic Apartments have not provided anything substantial to help with the situation except informing us that they will use bug spray and it is a "self-serving" site.

The pool area is pretty. There was always parking available. And although the water was touchy, having a hot shower was nice.

The Wi-Fi was pretty bad and did not work very frequently, and if it did, it was intermittent or slow. Other guests at the property were loud and playing music, some kids were playing in the pool at like 7 AM… and I do have a son who is eight but we were still trying to adjust to the time change. So having pool hours maybe 8 AM seems a bit more reasonable or have guests keep their kids a little quieter for others. I’m not sure if the staff is on scene all of the time. The rooms were a bit outdated, the bed for me was extremely uncomfortable. My back hurt quite a bit.
