Solar Hotel Casa Laureles

Since the first time i stayed here always excellent service, comfortable rooms nice hot shower with good water pressure, Friendly attentive and professional staff.

All staff extremely friendly during my stay. Daily breakfast buffet was extremely tasty.

Excellent hotel, staff is very friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls around.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Things I would change are better lighting (makes the property seem dingy even though it is very clean.) Furniture is a bit outdated, too. Food (lunch & buffet) were really great. Purified water available in the lobby.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Only drawback was that every hotel room had a street next to it and the early morning street noise didn't allow a person to sleep a bit longer, which is unfortunate if a traveler wants to have a relaxed vacation. The traveler is practically forced to 'turn in' early and wake up early to avoid the cars, motorcycles and trucks which buzz by starting 6:30 am or 7 am

It was a good hotel , great area

I booked this hotel because it advertised as bilingual mainly English also because it advertised a 24/7 reception and I knew that we would be arriving late. After booking the email said that if I arrive after 11.30pm there would be a charge, not sure why? I phoned the hotel to tell them that I might be late and a Spanish lady answered the phone, I asked if she spoke Spanish and she hang up on me, luckily I arrived before 11.30pm. I was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the street, next morning I asked to move as it was too noisy also the patio door wouldn’t shut properly, they gave me a better room on the 4th floor to the side of the building. All rooms are fitted a built in kitchen but they don’t contain any utensils or cooking equipment, nothing at all, if you want any of these you have to ask from the kitchen downstairs. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation although the bed was comfortable with top quality bedding. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

Relaxing hotel in Laureles with a spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, and great attention-to-detail. Nice outside seating area, garden and a great place to say. Quiet neighborhood!

Great location and friendly staff. Restaurant was not upto mark though.
