Everything was perfect. Property was clean, beautiful, location is perfect and would go again:)

It was already a little colder outside without heating season yet, so it was a little chilly in the apartment.

The property was in a good location close to public transport, supermarkets, shops, and bakeries.

First of all, although we had confirmed our stay at one address, the company let us know the day we arrived that we would actually be staying in a different property with a completely different address. This was hugely inconvenient as we had already booked all of our excursions with pick up from the original address that we had to go back and change all of the pick up location which was not easy or convenient. There was no air conditioning and because the property was in the basement that meant that there was an excessive amount of humidity, which permeated the air and made it difficult for us to breathe. The apartment smelled of mould, and although it was fairly clean, we found the smell to be overpowering throughout our stay. We also weren't happy with the fact that we were charged extra if we needed a change of towels; we did not find this logical as we clearly booked for more than three nights and find it a reasonable assumption that clean towels would be provided at least every other day.

Locatuon and the room were good.

Asked to stay another day as our flight was not until 23.00. Messaged several times and no reply from owners. Having now ro spend 9 hours walking about town. Very disappointing and unnacwptablel. The noise from the street and the corridors was excessive and led to sleepless nights. Windows rattled when traffic passed.
