Goldfinch Retreat Bangalore

Stayed at the property for 3 nights on a work trip. There was an afternoon party that went into late evening with music blasting through the whole hotel. At 10pm i called the reception to turn down the music and i was told 10:30 is the quiet time so I waited - called back the reception at 10:45 and was told sir 5-10 more minutes. Called back at 11pm and same thing. I had a flight to catch at 4am and i couldn't sleep until midnight. Horrible Horrible support and action taken by the night manger. I will never return to this property ever again

Reasonable variety.

More fruit juice chices. More fruit choices. Less fried items and more milder items such as Pongal and UPma

Good breakfast and great rooms. very good for weekend stay.

better transport from airport to the resort. they can offer free pick-up and drop.

It was ok ...not great

The rooms were mediocre. Bedsheets torn. I had to ask them to change. The toilet bowl was stained and dirty

The staff was very helpful.
